Refund policy

ALÉNOR SCENTS is built around considered discovery. Our current collection is offered exclusively in 10 ml discovery formats, including individual fragrances, curated Discovery Sets and MY FOUR.

Because fragrance is personal and these products are specifically designed to allow customers to experience a scent before any future full-size release, all 10 ml products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable for reasons including change of mind, scent preference, performance preference or an incorrect fragrance selection made by the customer.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled while they remain unfulfilled and have not been dispatched. Once an order has been fulfilled or handed over for delivery, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

Advance payments for high-value orders are governed by our High-Value Orders policy. Where an order has already been dispatched and delivery is refused or fails due to customer-related reasons, the advance payment is non-refundable.

Damaged, leaking, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at care@alenorscents.com or WhatsApp +92 321 9797 123.

Please provide your order number along with clear photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and the issue. An unboxing video can be helpful where available, but the absence of a video will not automatically invalidate a genuine claim.

Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement. If a replacement is not reasonably available, an appropriate refund may be issued.

Claims submitted without sufficient evidence, may not be eligible for replacement.

Refunds

Refunds are not offered for fragrance preference, change of mind or customer selection errors. Where ALÉNOR SCENTS confirms a genuine fulfilment or product issue and a replacement is not reasonably available, an appropriate refund or alternative resolution may be offered.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights available to customers under applicable law.
