These Terms govern purchases made through ALÉNOR SCENTS and use of alenorscents.com. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

Products

ALÉNOR SCENTS currently offers fragrances primarily in 10 ml discovery formats, including individual fragrances, curated Discovery Sets and MY FOUR.

Product photographs are intended to represent the product as accurately as possible. Minor differences in colour, packaging appearance or presentation may occur without affecting the fragrance supplied.

Inspired Profiles

Products described as “Inspired by” are ALÉNOR SCENTS fragrance interpretations referencing a recognized scent profile.

ALÉNOR SCENTS is not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by or endorsed by the referenced designer, fragrance house or trademark owner. All third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the fragrance profile being referenced.

Products identified as An ALÉNOR Original are presented as original ALÉNOR fragrance profiles.

Orders & Pricing

All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

ALÉNOR SCENTS reserves the right to correct pricing, product information or technical errors before an order is fulfilled.

An order placed through the website does not necessarily constitute final acceptance. Cash on Delivery orders may be verified by WhatsApp or telephone before dispatch.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, contain incorrect information, cannot be confirmed, or cannot reasonably be fulfilled.

MY FOUR

MY FOUR allows customers to select four 10 ml fragrances for the displayed fixed price.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their selected fragrances before completing the order. Repeated fragrance selections are permitted where the MY FOUR product page allows them.

Payment

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

For Cash on Delivery orders, payment becomes due when the parcel is delivered.

Delivery

ALÉNOR SCENTS currently provides free delivery across Pakistan, subject to the terms described in our Shipping Policy.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information.

High-Value Orders and Advance Payments

Orders with a total value of PKR 12,000 or more require a 50% advance payment before dispatch. The remaining balance may be collected through Cash on Delivery.

The advance payment forms part of the total order value and is not an additional charge.

An order may be cancelled before dispatch in accordance with our cancellation policy. If an eligible order is cancelled before dispatch, any advance payment received will be refunded.

Once an order has been dispatched, the advance payment is non-refundable where delivery is refused or cannot be completed due to customer refusal, unavailability, or incorrect/incomplete delivery information.

If ALÉNOR SCENTS is unable to fulfil the order, or delivery fails due to an error attributable to ALÉNOR SCENTS, any applicable advance payment will be refunded.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Returns, Exchanges & Product Issues

Our 10 ml discovery products are not eligible for return or exchange due to fragrance preference, change of mind, performance preference or an incorrect selection made by the customer.

Damaged, leaking, defective or incorrect items are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Fragrance Experience

Fragrance perception and performance vary between individuals and may be affected by skin chemistry, environment, temperature, application and other factors.

Descriptions of scent character, projection or longevity are intended as guidance and should not be interpreted as guaranteed individual performance.

Intellectual Property

The ALÉNOR name, logo, visual identity, website content, product names, original photography, graphics and brand materials may not be reproduced, copied or commercially used without permission.

Third-party trademarks referenced for fragrance identification remain the property of their respective owners.

Website Use

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders or use website content for unlawful purposes.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ALÉNOR SCENTS will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use, courier delays or subjective fragrance preferences.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Changes

ALÉNOR SCENTS may update these Terms when necessary. The version published on the website at the time of purchase will apply to that order.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan.
